There is a great new online food magazine titled Culinate. I check it weekly to see what new recipes or stories they’ve posted. This time the cover story was all about using beer as a cooking ingredient. They offer recipes for a Sweet-and-Sour IPA Slaw, Brown-ale Brisket and more.
