Sustainability (un)conference at Great American Beer Festival

sustainabilityunconferenceDave Rochlin emailed to let me know about a sustainability (un)conference he is organizing with Bison Brewing during this year’s Great American Beer Festival in Denver.

Unlike regular conferences meetings, unconferences are driven by participants. This one is an industry-collaborative event to work on water, climate and other greening issues in beermaking, which Dave hopes will be a precursor to a sustainable brewer’s guild!
