Beer Activist at Johns Hopkins this Saturday

What: FERMENTING REVOLUTION: HOW TO DRINK BEER & SAVE THE WORLD

When: November 10, 2007, 6-7pm

Where: Levering Hall, Johns Hopkins, Baltimore City

Why: A free public lecture about how to drink beer and save the world. The real question is: “Why not?”

    Shucks. I should have made a point of contacting you directly about it. Afterwards, we went to One World for some beers. Nice place. I’ve got to get up to B-more to visit a couple of the newish multi-tap bars, like Ale Mary’s, one of these days so I’ll give you a holler and maybe we can do a little bar hopping.

    Sounds great – there’s a holiday tasting at Brewers Art in early december featuring some local libations. Tickets aren’t cheap, but it should be worth it… you can get them here: http://www.missiontix.com/moreinfo.cfm?Product_ID=6301

    Mmm, looks like a great tasting. My only problem is transport. Driving to B-more for a beer tasting is a challenge since I’d also have to drive home… Might have to check out whether the train is an option.
